Lately, I have repeatedly heard how much this place means to the experience and the feeling in the context. I agree and I agree so sincerely. What I want to draw attention to now is also how much the individual means to reinforce all that this place stands for.

The museum’s last open day for drop-in visits this summer season was something very special. After a dizzying event for me emotionally, these four people suddenly came into the museum and into the context. Together, the situation and the moment were so strengthened by the fact that we could all share these feelings of solidarity, fighting spirit and empathy that it would seem impossible to return to “normal guide tour”. It did not become normal and completely correct either, but it became so much more because we met on so many different levels that probably would not have happened if we had not been exactly in this place, in this moment with exactly these individuals.

My friends in the picture get to sum up the end of the summer season at Ricklundgården and I am happy to be able to work in a place where art and culture free up space to share opinions, thoughts and feelings about life ♥ ️
That is exactly what makes Ricklundgården unique! Thanks! / Tina
