Ricklundgården / EMMAS has together with @konstihalland & @hallandskonstmuseum won this year’s educational award!
Motivation of the jury reads:
“With a retro feel, Snow stars and sea kelp bring to life an analog communication – an exchange of letters between north and south. In exchange of natural materials, letters and local stories, young people have shared similarities and differences. An interdisciplinary approach has provided knowledge about how different geographical areas have shaped language and culture. With crafts and art that unite, conversations about cultures have been sparked.”
Thanks to everyone, big and small from the school in Saxnäs who participated during the project and a special thanks to all the children & young people!
