Proudly presenting, Jonas Sjöstedt now living in Hanoi and Umeå.

• Jonas has a two-year high school education.

At Ricklundgården in Saxnäs, Jonas has made the final changes to a crime novel that will be published in October. There has also been time to think out characters and plots in Jonas’s next book, which he will write this winter.

“- Maybe some part of that story will take place in this area.”

• “- It has been fantastic to be here, such a nice place! The mountain environment, the calm and the nature provide peace of mind and fanatical conditions for creation.”

On Wednesday at 09 – 09:45 there will be an artist presentation by Roxanne Everett and Trapper Robbins, our current resident artists in Folkes Studio.
Both come from the USA so the presentation will be in English.
From 08:30 – 10:00 the same day there will also be waffles as usual.

On May 22, we will have a choir concert with live music at Saxnäs Church!

This is one of the many activities we have worked on—and continue to work on—within the Inheritance Fund project KRAM.

Thank you for all your applications for our residency. We are so happy and grateful for all the response and your willingness to work and live at Ricklundgården.
Many of you have applied for the same months / periods so we are keeping the application open until April 13 for the following months;
